Specializes in the technical aspects of environmental issues on the reservation. Deals with hands on approach to treat noxious weeds, solid waste issues, water, air quality, mining, and other projects as needed.

Funded under the CLean Water Act 106 (CWA, 106). This program is responsible for water quality sampling, riparian proper functioning conditions and nonpoint source issues.

Administers all programs for the South Fork Band Council. Is responsible for personnel issues, time off, reprimands and is the liaison between the employees and the council.
